Frankie is, as he likes to say, a hot dog boy, which is like the ball boy for a tennis player, but in the world of competitive eating. His goal in life is to become a competitive eater like his friend Joey Chestnut who once gave a beer and a canneloni to Frankie in his garage (don’t tell Frankie’s dad). Every Sunday he cooks 15 hot dogs and so far is capable of eating 8.5 of them which is very close to Chestnut’s world record 73 hot dogs in a row.
